Hoarders Support San Diego (HSSD)

This is an in-person, no cost support group for people who hoard. We talk with each other; get and give moral support; express our frustrations and problems; offer help and solutions; share information on the disease, doctors, medication and therapy; try a little cognitive behavior therapy; see a related film once in a while during the meeting; discuss resources (organizations, books, articles); and do whatever we feel like doing.

There's no need to attend every session come when you want or need to. If you are a hoarder, or know someone who is, and if there's an interest, please send an e-mail message to spyyyyyke@igc.org for details. Or call (619) 665-6330.

Meetings: The first and third Tuesday of each month from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. in the Mission Bay area. Feel free to bring something to eat and drink we know it's dinner time!
