Welcome! I'm glad you are here. As a therapist in San Diego County specializing in helping people with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), I want you to know that you've found someone who understands and cares.

Whether you are gathering information for a friend or family member, are concerned that you may have OCD yourself or are actively seeking treatment, you’ve come to the right place.

Our goal is to help you find the information, services and support that you are looking for. There is help and hope for those suffering with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder. Sufferers often hide their pain and suffer alone for many years before seeking support or treatment. Misdiagnosis is common, especially in children, and at times appropriate treatment is difficult to find.

The good news is that OCD is much better understood now and successful treatments are available. And there is a community of others who can offer understanding and support, including a community forum right here.

A group for adults meets the last Monday of each month at
7 p.m. in Escondido.

Teens: Would you like to have your own group? If so, contact me. When there's enough interest, we'll start a teen OCD support group.
