Did you know that in the U.S., 1 in 50 adults have OCD, and twice that many have had it at some point in their lives? It takes an average of 17 years from the time OCD begins for people to obtain appropriate treatment.

Our mission is to provide the much-needed assessment, diagnosis and treatment for OCD sufferers.

The 16th Annual Obsessive Compulsive Foundation Conference was held August 7-9, 2009 at the Hyatt Regency Minneapolis in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

17th Annual Obsessive Compulsive Foundation Conference (2010)

The 17th Annual Obsessive Compulsive Foundation Conference was held July 16-18, 2010 in Washington, D.C.

18th Annual Obsessive Compulsive Foundation Conference (2011)

The 18th Annual Obsessive Compulsive Foundation Conference will be held July 29-31, 2011 in San Diego, California. According to the OC Foundation site, the conference will feature more than 100 presentations, workshops and seminars, and more than a dozen support groups. Learn more here.

New Services

I’ve expanded my services to better help those with OCD plus high-functioning autism or Asperger’s. Services include individual therapy, family therapy and in-home behavioral coaching. Social skills training for children is scheduled for October. Read more »

Join a Support Group

Interested in attending an adult or teen OCD support group?

• A group for adults meets the last Monday of each month at 7 p.m. in Escondido.

• A peer-led family support group meets the last Monday of each month at 7 p.m.

Teens: Would you like to have your own group? If so, contact me. When there's enough interest, we'll start a teen OCD support group.

Annual OCD Conference

The 18th Annual Obsessive Compulsive Foundation Conference will be held July 29-31, 2011 in San Diego. More than 1,000 attendees are expected.
